So far so good. I needed an upstairs extension phone for when I'm not able to get to the main phone in the lounge in time. But it needed to be wall mounted, hands free and not require an external power supply, and to further complicate matters it also had to have volume controls on the ringer and a visual indicator of incoming calls, it was a big ask, and understandably there aren't that many phones that ticked every box. Finally found this one, does everything well and is easy to operate, especially in the early hours when I might get called out. It takes time to "Break in" as every button is slightly stiff, but once it's seen some use and I got used to it I could find it in the darkest night or tap out any number I wanted in a seconds. 1 star lost because it was supplied with a black cable which clashes with the white wall it's mounted on.
