The phones are fine. The ringtones are the same ring tones you get with a cheap wireless doorbell albeit with a couple of extra phone ring types, but at the same time they are universally awful to listen to. Thankfully, their job is to get your attention when a call comes in so the racket obviously stops when you answer. There is no weight at all in the base stations, they feel cheap as can be, but they work. The one HUGE downside is the final setup. Once everything is connected the screens are prompting you top set the time and date. Good luck with that. Every set of instructions (including those that come with it) gloss over it nicely, or prompt you to press a button that doesn't exist on these handsets. Instructions (and videos) found online were always for a near identical handset that had 2 extra buttons than these have. I can't remember being this frustrated setting a time on a home handset before. It wouldn't be so bad if the screen just stayed blank, but no, set the time is constantly emblazoned on it until you bow to it's demands. Reasonable phone, awful user interface.

The phone is OK, ready to use in the UK. Simple user interface, reach enough functionality for a landline phone. The UK customer service, though, was not very polite, unwilling to clarify details that were not included in the manual, suggesting to contact the UK seller (Amazon in this case).

FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO SET UP IN FACT WE DIDN'T BOTHER WITH THE DATE TIME ETC BECAUSE WE JUST COULD NOT DO IT, CAN'T CHANGE THE RING TONE EITHER, SO LEFT WITH A RUBBISH HARPSYCORD TUNE THAT I CAN ONLY HEAR WHEN IN THE SAME ROOM AS THE PHONE, THE PHONE RINGS SOMETIMES AND IT IS MY NUMBER ON THE SCREEN, PICK IT UP AND IT DEAD AND SCREEN SAYS LINE BUSY, WHAT IS THAT ALL ABOUT,.!!!!!!!
