One of the few non mobile land line phones with an answer machine and phone book built in. Purchased for my elderly parents, this is thier fourth one. And it just works, well. For the price replacing every 5 years or so is not a problem and it has all the features they need and can use it easily. Large button, good size screen. the ringer can be set loudly.

It really was very simple to install unlike other high tech stuff and created no problems for this pair of oldies. We have found the phone to be good value for it's very reasonable cost. The screen is small, but easy to read and the buttons are a good size. Two things which would make the phone even better ----if stored numbers could be recalled by a memory number instead of scrolling through a menu and the call signal could do with being a little louder We have been using the phone for several trouble free months and have no cause for complaint.

Excellent phone and spund quality. Note, however, with Digital Voice if you use a 2nd phone for an extension, the caller display does not work on the extension phone! Phone works fine but you do not see details of any calls. The main phone however does work normally.

An easy to use and attractive looking landline phone. It is quite straight forward to use and comes with a comprehensive, printed, user guide, should you need more help with the features. The advantage of this phone is that you can block numbers that you don't want, such as overseas or local advertising. This phone also has an automatic answering system should you want to record a call while you are out of the house or are simply too busy to receive calls. It has a nice loud ring tone. This phone would be ideal for older people who don't want a wireless phone or anything too complicated.

To start: the phone is a good one. I tend to use hands free a lot and it is clear and crisp. The variable volume control is useful. The handset too provides a clear and easily understood sound. Many features work well, including the 1571 indicator light and, when you can get it to work, the directory. The inclusion of a set of AA batteries, ready installed is a nice touch. The phone to socket cable is long enough for most needs. Why then I have given only 3 stars to any otherwise good item? Simply because the instructions supplied with the phone are awful. A single [albeit quite large and double sided] piece of paper acts as the user manual for setting up and using the phone. I’m not entirely unaccustomed to using comms equipment of various sorts, but this one had me completely bewildered. The worst bit is the entering of names and numbers into the directory. The supplied instructions are utterly useless on this subject, omitting things like editing errors or deleting entries. In the end I found a pdf on the BT website that ran to over 25 pages and gave detailed and correct instructions. Were that supplied with the phone, then I’d have given 5 stars. So, a good phone, spoiled for no good reason by a lack of useful information.

It has a set up wizard which makes it easy to set up. Easy to connect and has good sound quality. Buttons are good size and easy to read. Has a system which blocks all nuisance calls. Good value for the price paid.

Nice quality, works well as advertised. Call blocking and answer function can be turned on and off when needed. Only one niggle is the handset is easily dislodged from the cradle.

Ho acquistato il Telefono BRITISH TELECOM per il design. Il Prodotto è arrivato nei tempi previsti, ma nella confezione ho trovato il cavetto per collegarsi alla rete (ingresso al router) con il Jack non compatibile con le prese italiane (immagino sia una presa per UK). Ho sostituito il cavetto ma il telefono non funziona (sul display appare la scritta "checking line"). Contestualmente avevo acquistato su Amazon anche un Sirio della TIM, collegato allo stesso router funziona perfettamente. Ho avviato la pratica di reso per il Telefono BRITISH TELECOM. Deluso.

Es un teléfono muy fácil. Hay que ponerle cuatro pilas normales porque lleva una pantalla. Lo bueno que tiene es que no se queda sin batería. Teclas grandes.

El cable que trae no es RJ11 la parte de la conexión a la pared, pero aun conectándolo con otro cable no coje la linea, da mensaje de revisar línea y es imposible llamar con ONO, ni da señal Quizà estuviera el teléfono estropeado, pero parece que no funciona en españa.
