I got the triple pack to replace failing older handsets, setup was straight forward but the menus are a little clunky requiring you to put in date and time more than once. The biggest problems are the ringtones which default to teribble beepy things at full volume. Quickly addressed. And the base stations are very light meaning when you put the handsets in place for charging its easy to move them and if on a shelf it would be easy for the base to be pushed off. But the call quality seems fine and the display is nice and clear, they are also fairly inexpensive so hopefully they will last as long as my old ones

Having now got fibre bb connected I needed to get a phone which I could plug in (with adaptor) to the back of the Vodafone hub. ( I had previously used BT voice which works by WiFi from router - no connection.) Happy with this phone which seems to work well, clear sound, easy to use buttons. Good price from Amazon warehouse - phone not used previously.

Arrived promptl but does not include operating instructions. Having downloaded them online, it took ages to set the phones up. I bought them from the Amazon store as refurbished and it took me almost an hour to figure out that I needed to reset everything to the maker's "default" before I could programme each phone. Programming is tricky and tedious and I'm still not sure that I've done everything I should as I keep getting a "Number of new calls 2" indication! The ring volume could be louder. Nonetheless, the phones work as advertised and were good value for money.

Does the job and works well, but like most things tech you need to go on line to set it up. Even then you almost need a degree in computing! The quick guide is not much good. I still can't do all the features, the Block Calls function is particularly confusing. Overall though its ok for the money.
