I worked in IT for a few years so knew how to set one of these up. Took about 10 minutes from unboxing to being functioning, very easy to set up. Great for my business and the phone is spot on. It’s a bit bashed up but expected, great phone at a great price! My VOIP provider wanted more than twice as much for a new one. Not worth it when it’s only a part time business. Highly recommend

I needed an voip phone when I cancelled sky and went with Virgin for broadband who for some reason they aren’t offering landlines in our area Anyway picked voipstudio as a number provider and then spent about 4 frustrating hours trying to set up the phone. For whatever reason it wasn’t in their list of auto provisioning phones and so it needed manually setting up. I consider myself a fairly IT literate home user but it was a struggle, the only thing that helped was finding a SIP number buried somewhere in the settings. The market and providers of voip lines will need to make things much easier if more people are gonna go down this path The phone itself is 4 stars as a dect phone, pretty much looks and acts like any dect phone from the last 20 years

After 15 months of limited use on this phone, it has suddenly died. The headset will not connect to the base and consequently will not register with the digital line provider. After a month of contact with the Yealink 'ticket' support team they have come to the conclusion that the 'hardware' is defective and that I should return to the seller for a 'warranty service'. They have concluded the ticket support as being resolved! There is only 12 months warranty on the phone. I have therefore been left high and dry without a working digital phone. Advice - avoid any future purchase of this phone

Good Voip phone for home or small business use. It is last years model but at half price as a Used returned item described "good as new" is great value. It is a well designed product, compact and smart looking When you get a full fibre internet connection and loose your landline these enable you to make voice calls over the internet, essential if you have a weak mobile signal! Fairly easy to set up and with advice from your VOIP service provider, such as A&A the calls are very cheap.

Die Einrichtung war etwas kompliziert und bei yealink findet man nicht wirklich eine Anleitung, aber seitdem funktioniert es gut. Lediglich den "low energy mode" der Basis musste ich deaktivieren, denn damit verlor das Mobilteil ständig die Verbindung.
